If the buyer fails to fulfill warranty for end users, all spare parts for warranty’s purpose shall be returned to the seller.Batch quality failure within warranty means: When the quantity of one order is more than 30 units, the same parts or components occur quality problem and the reason to cause quality problem is also same, the quantity of malfunction trucks is more than 30% of this order (if the quantity is more than 30 units) or 20% of this order (if the quantity is more than 50 units)5.
